Primary occupation: Early Childhood Educator Assistants (NOC 42202). Employment

settings include licensed child care centres, preschools, infant-toddler centres, and family

child care homes.

Brief Program Description

This short-term instructional program provides foundational knowledge and practical skills

to support Early Childhood Educators. It focuses on assistant-level responsibilities, child

development, health and safety, and professional conduct in Canadian child care settings.

The program leads to an institutional Certificate.
