The certificate in Web Development (crop program of Diploma in Full-Stack Web Development) has a duration of 18 weeks (Academic 15 weeks and Practicum 3 weeks) designed for students wanted to join the field of web application development, front-end and backend development for small, medium, and large-size businesses in the modern business environment. This program will be delivered through a variety of methods including lectures, assignments/hands-on, projects, etc., and will be supervised by individuals who are experts in their field. This area of work is one of the most wanted employment areas in BC. According to BC Labor Market Outlook 2022, during the next 10 years, there will be a huge demand in the market providing an opportunity for students to prepare themselves for future demand in the job market. Students may also work as independent web developers. Upon completion of the Certificate, the successful students will have the ability to explain major concepts related to front-end/client development, and back-end/server development areas.
Admission Requirements 1. Applicants must be graduated from grade 12 OR 2. Must be at least 19 years of age prior to starting the study period, and 3.
