Emergency First Aid |
* The Canadian Red Cross recommends retraining every three years.
- Participate in a fun, interactive learning environment
- Learn simple techniques for First Aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
- Learn safety and healthy lifestyle choices which are key to illness and injury prevention
- Red Cross Instructors individualize the training and provide continuous feedback which increases skill retention so that participants are more likely to feel prepared to apply skills in an emergency situation
