* Students wishing to request a refund must fill out a Refund Request Form. This may be done in person, by fax or by mail.
** Forms can be downloaded from GC website. After submitting this form, it will take 4-6 weeks to process the request. For payments made by credit or debit card, amount will be refunded back to the credit/debit card used to make the payment.
*** Student must come in person with their card for the refund to be processed. For all other payments, refunds will be made out in cheque.
